Ekpo Speed Performance is built around one belief: speed is a skill, and every athlete can develop it. Focused on sprint mechanics, acceleration, and explosive athleticism, this program gives middle school and high school athletes the foundation they need to compete at the next level.

Training is held at Arlington Heights Track in Fort Worth — structured, coached, and results-driven. Spots are limited to ensure quality attention each session.

Before You Register.

Running shoes, water, and your best effort. That's it. Everything else is provided.
Middle school and high school athletes. Typically ages 11–18. If you're unsure, submit the registration form and Coach Ekpo will confirm eligibility.
After you submit the registration form, Coach Ekpo will reach out with payment details. Payment is due before your first session via Cash App ($MicahEkpo39) or Venmo (@MicahEkpo_39). Packages require upfront payment.
Spots are limited and fill quickly. Reach out via Instagram @ekpospeed if you have questions before registering.
Group sessions (3–10 athletes) run Monday, Thursday, and Saturday and focus on structured speed work, sprint mechanics, and competitive drills. 1-on-1 sessions are private, fully personalized, and scheduled Tuesday and Friday. Both are coached by Coach Ekpo.
Disclose all injuries and health history on the registration form. Cleared-with-restrictions athletes are welcome — Coach Ekpo will adjust the program accordingly. Athletes must be cleared for physical activity before attending.
